By accessing or using HastVani ("Service"), operated by PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users including registered members and visitors.

2. Nature of Service

HastVani is an AI-powered palm reading application that:

Uses computer vision AI to analyze palm photographs
Provides readings based on Hasta Samudrika Shastra (Indian palmistry)
Offers insights for personal guidance and self-reflection only
Is intended for adults (18 years and above)

HastVani readings are NOT: Medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial guidance, psychological counseling, or scientifically verified predictions. Results are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

3. User Accounts

To use HastVani's full features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your password confidential and secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Not share your account with others
Not create multiple accounts to bypass reading limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via PayU India
Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-shareable
Plans activate immediately upon successful payment confirmation
Annual plans provide 365 days of access from purchase date
Pay-per-read credits never expire and can be used anytime

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately consumable nature of our service:

Refunds are generally not provided once a plan is activated
If you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact us within 48 hours of purchase
Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via original payment method
Pay-per-read credits are non-refundable once purchased

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use HastVani for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian law
Attempt to hack, bypass, or interfere with our security systems
Use automated bots or scripts to access our service
Share, resell, or distribute your account access to others
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or non-palm images
Make medical, financial, or legal decisions solely based on readings
Misrepresent HastVani readings as scientifically proven facts

8. Intellectual Property

All content on HastVani — including the name, logo, design, AI prompts, reading formats, and website code — is the intellectual property of PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.

Your palm reading reports are for your personal use only
You may share readings on social media with attribution to HastVani
Commercial reproduction or resale of our content is prohibited

9. Limitation of Liability

HastVani and PISRO Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

Any decisions made based on palm reading results
Inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpreted readings
Loss of data due to technical issues beyond our control
Temporary service unavailability due to maintenance or AI provider issues
Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 30 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

HastVani is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

Palm readings will be accurate or fulfill your expectations
The service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times
AI analysis results will match traditional palmistry interpretations exactly
Predictions will come true or be applicable to your life

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India. By using HastVani, you consent to this jurisdiction.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

Violate any of these Terms and Conditions
Engage in fraudulent payment activity
Attempt to abuse or exploit the service
Provide false registration information

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@pisro.in.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of HastVani after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
